At djdmx, we are deeply committed to providing an excellent user experience and safeguarding our customers’ rights. You may initiate a refund unconditionally in the following scenarios:
- Pre-shipment Refunds: You can request an unconditional refund if you place an order and it has not yet been shipped by djdmx.
- Lost in Transit: If djdmx has shipped your order but the goods are lost during transportation, you are entitled to a refund.
- Quality Issues: Upon receipt of your item, if you discover any quality issues, please contact our customer service to start the refund process.
- Incorrect Items: In the event that the product delivered is not the same as what you ordered, you may request a return and refund.
For certain merchandise, we offer a warranty period. If your purchase encounters quality-related issues within this protective timeframe, you are also eligible to request a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after your request is made.
If you no longer need the purchased item, you may still request a refund; however, you must bear 50% of the shipping costs.
To minimize disputes, our customer service will send actual photos of the items before shipment for your confirmation. You can contact our support team via WhatsApp and perform a video check to ensure the true quality of the products. We believe disputes to be wasteful for both djdmx and consumers and environmentally unfriendly. The environmental cost of importing goods from China to the USA, only to realize a mistake was made, can be substantial.
Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee: Please note that all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers part of the cost associated with processing the return and restocking the item.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (equivalent to 50% of the shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
